This video that I created was from when I was given the task of creating a video around the subject of just one word. The video that I have submitted is the final outcome after it has been edited so everything fits well together. My intention for this project was to prove that I could create a good quality video while also restricting it to being based around a singular word. I also wanted to show that I hadn't taken the topic literally and could think outside the box when it came to my ideas. I also used this project as a way to build up my editing skills that I hadn't used for a while, for example the use of voice over.

Due to the classroom being quite noisy when I filmed the audio on the video was compromised, so instead of thinking negatively about this I decided that instead I would gather the actors used in the video and we would go into the radio room so I could record their lines as voice over and then when editing the video I could place it over the clips and match the lines to the clips. I used this as a way to show I can effectively solve problems and use them as a way to improve my work.

When looking into this topic I decided the best place to do some research would be by going onto youtube and looking at examples of other short films that have been created that were also based around a singular word. This proved to be very effective because when I first heard about the project I was quite worried about how I could do this but after watching examples on youtube I found out it wasn't that difficult and I could still create a quality product.
